KHY10L12.This product is a zoom dual-sensor integrated system that integrates a 90x hybrid zoom camera and a 1200-meter laser ranging module with a high-precision professional three-axis stabilization pod. It uses HDMI and network IP dual outputs, and the pan/tilt uses a high-precision encoder, FOC control scheme.It has the characteristics of high stability, small size, light weight and low power consumption; the EO camera uses a wide dynamic SENSOR with 2 mega pixel. UART, S.BUS and Ethernet can control the camera and PTZ, and support local TF card recording and photography.

The KHY10L12 integrated PTZ system can be widely used in public security emergency, fire rescue, power line patrol, military reconnaissance, field search and other industries. The system integrates optical zoom, video and photographing, gimbal stabilization, and control. The airborne side is installed and fixed on drones and other equipment. After connecting the image transmission, only power is needed and the system can work. The ground software can directly display the video, and the buttons or mouse can realize functions such as zooming, focusing, taking photos and videos, and PTZ control.

1 Preparation and inspection before use

• Check whether the hanging structural parts of the dual-sensor gimbal are normal and whether there is obvious deformation or looseness.
• Check whether there is any dirt on the lens. If there is dirt on the lens, wipe it with a lens cloth.
• After installing the gimbal, check whether the system mechanical installation is normal.；
• Check whether the system electrical connection is normal;
• Check on the ground whether the imaging and function of the gimbal are normal.

2 Safety protection, safety signs and instructions during use

• When using the product, avoid supply voltage exceeding the allowable range and avoid using it under environmental conditions that exceed the normal working conditions of the load.

• After the system is powered on normally, the drone ground station software can be used to control the system with the mouse or touch screen.

• Record problems encountered during use and save corresponding image data.

• After using the product, disconnect the system power supply, separate the pod from the fuselage in a static-free environment, and store it in a dry and ventilated environment. It should not be placed in the packaging box when not in use for a long time.
